A 60 minute call to determine why you want to invest in the UK, your eligibility and understanding of the market. Details will be collected to help with company formation, tax planning and bank account set up, assuming you would prefer to be a limited entity. 

I will assist you through the legal process, double check leases and documentation and recommend a suitable solicitor and mortgage broker if necessary. I will then help you prepare for day one of your ownership, finding you a reliable agent or builder if needed. 

I help you set up a limited company (if suitable for your strategy), a bank account and put together a team of professionals to support you through the process. We then confirm an investment strategy, a financial plan and will conduct any relevant market research.

Once the purchase is complete I will help you to execute the remainder of the strategy, whether that be developing the property or holding it and renting it out. We offer in house commercial management services and for residential properties can recommend trusted, reliable agents.

Based on your area, strategy and budget I will source a range of suitable property opportunities and create appraisals to determine the best option for you. I will then, with your permission, negotiate on your behalf and secure the deal for a fixed percentage.

We will repeat the process, evaluating your portfolio as we go, making use of tax schemes, ensuring efficient property management and financial planning to leverage and grow sustainably. We will continue to put deals your way and ensure compliance with foreign investing is met.
